Develop rapport with new and existing clients through consistent, professional communication.
Conduct introductory calls and meetings to understand client needs.
Support in nurturing long-term client relationships and converting warm leads into active opportunities.
Record all interactions in the CRM system and ensure follow-ups are actioned promptly.
