• Under 3,000 sq ft: $0.50 per sq ft → e.g. 2,500 sq ft = $1,250.
• 3,000–6,000 sq ft: $0.75 per sq ft → e.g. 4,000 sq ft = $3,000
• Over 6,000 sq ft or affiliated work: Custom referral terms.
